- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Ive been ra regular customer for years. During the past 6-12 mths Ive noticed a change in the attitude and friendliness of staff. The atmosphere is one in which Ive felt like trying on purchasing and leaving ASAP. Staff including the manager often ignore customers arrival continuing to do paperwork at the counter or sorting stock etc. only saying hello if it looks like they have to. ie. when are now in the change room. Noses have been literally turned up in the air with accompanying groans when a couple of online returns were brought in. (Like do I have to do a return.?) Promotional discount emails and discount cards sent with online purchases are often questioned and the staff response is Ive never seen these followed by what feels like an interrogation before they will apply the relevant discount. I love jeanswest clothing and I want to love shopping there again. Its currently a drag to go there. Bella was extremely rude . Hope I never have to deal with that again. Grace is a brilliant at Carindale. The staff could learn from her. Tara too from memory is the same. Lovely.helpful & friendly.By Lonox Erbox Scarzel, October 07, 2017
